Whitelisting Emails

In short, whitelisting is telling your email provider NOT to send your emails into spam. Many different factors can cause an email to directly go into spam. To help alleviate that, we either add a contact to your email or setting filters, depending on the provider.

A whitelist email address will ensure that you will always see that sender's email in your inbox, without having to sift through your spam folder. When items go into spam, it will not notify you and you may miss important notifications.
